Yes. New Plus subscriptions include a 7-day free trial, cancel anytime — cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. There are no contracts or cancellation fees after that either. Cancel through your account billing portal at any time — your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
If a payment fails, we'll email you to update your payment details. Your account reverts to the Free tier — you can still search and check medicine availability, but personalised tracking and alerts pause until payment is restored.
